Christmas day I started recording again. The time of the year to work! This village located in the east of Bali is known for the people and their culture. They where the first to live on bali before the javanese hindoes came here. They have a different tuned gamelan called gamelan selonding. I had the chance to record 7 songs of this music having a session of 2,5 hours. I wish I could share this on my blog but unfortunately internet is really slow here making it impossible to even upload pictures. I did have a great time recording again. But I keep on finding out that people find it difficult to understand what I do making it difficult for me to record.
